Return Window
14 calendar days from delivery for unworn items in original packaging with tags attached.
How To Return
Email hello@luxeon.co.za or WhatsApp us on +27 78 757 6086 with your order number. We'll arrange collection.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The original payment method is credited.
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry and sale items marked 'final' cannot be returned.
